All oral presentations will be allocated the following times including 5 minutes for Q&A and discussion.

- Keynote lectures: 45 mn
- Plenary Session (Invited Speaker): 30 mn
- Parallel Sessions (Invited Speaker): 30 mn
- Parallel Session (Contributed Talk): 20 mn
 
All visual presentations (e.g. PowerPoint, PDFs) will use the projection equipment provided by the conference centre. 
These files must be uploaded electronically, at the latest 3 hours before your scheduled talk,  to allow time for verification and transfer to the conference centre's audio-visual system. Speakers are invited to visit the Media Centre for their file upload and verification.
 

All delegates are encouraged to submit proceedings under the following guidelines:
- Plenary / Invited speakers: Maximum – 6 page article
- Oral and poster contributions: Maximum – 4 page article

Please note that the articles must be submitted electronically. The deadline for submitting your manuscript is July 31st 2012. A Proceedings Office will manage collection of articles, allocation of expert reviewers and finally the follow up of the review process. It will be located next to the registration desks.
Important Note:
The proceedings aim at providing valuable material and capturing the current situation for state-of-the-art science and associated instrumentation developed within the synchrotron community and for this reason the value of the proceedings is mostly determined by a prompt publication. Therefore to ensure that the proceedings will be published in due time, please note that NO proceedings will be accepted after the deadline.
